I'm Lauren - award-winning inspirational speaker on resilience, joy & owning who you are, Invisible Disabilities Association Ambassador and PR & Media Lead for a multi-day South Asian festival in Canada, #BollywoodMonster Mashup.

Born with Central Core Disease, a rare neuromuscular disorder, I have about 33% strength of the average person, but I'm known for my yay-saying and 100% spirit.

In November 2023 I competed in the Speaker Slam Grand Slam, the yearly finale of North America's largest inspirational speaking competition, where I won the title of #2 Inspirational Speaker of the Year.
